Returns & Refunds

Each Inspiral Photography artwork is produced to order using premium archival materials. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom-Produced Artwork

Because every piece is individually produced to your specifications, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review your selection carefully, and we’re always happy to answer questions before you order.

Damaged or Faulty Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a production fault, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and clear photographs of the damage.

Order Cancellations

As each artwork enters production within 24 hours of ordering, cancellation requests must be made immediately after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases of confirmed damage or production fault. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
