Return and Refund policy

 Returns Policy: 

We offer  a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.we are questing you to committeeman by mail niki@inspiralphotography.com.au   to return. 

There is no restocking fee. 

There is no cost  for returning  in case  case of this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way.

 You will be responsible for paying actual shipping cost for your own shipping costs for returning your item in case of  purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit or they no longer want the item  .

ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION

After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via  niki@inspiralphotography.com.au  within 24 hours. If you do not make any changes to your order within 24 hours, the order will be sent to production, and you will have to waive the right to adjust the order details or to cancel it.

The design of personalized items cannot be adjusted after the order is successfully finalized.

The item quantity in a discounted order and the product type of your order, you can not make changes to your ordered item’s colors and/or size unless that change results in any fluctuation in the price of the final item.

Refund policy :

As we are a custom online gallery at Inspiral Photography we cant offer a a full refund because of a change of mind.

After a careful check on your order, if we confirm via email that you are eligible for a full refund, your refund will be processed by our internal team within 07 business days of refund confirmation.

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, we will authorise a replacement to be sent out to you, Inspiral Photography would just require an email to be sent to niki@inspiralphotography.com.au with order details and photo evidence of the damaged or faulty item to approve the replacement
